Warning from Supervisor

About Viruses. Be sure to read !

Recently, I receive e-mail of "TROJ_HYBRIS.B" virus everyday. It means that someone uses the computer infected with this virus and registers my e-mail address in this computer.

I propose that you should check your PC with anti-virus software if you correspond the following condition.

• Using Windows95, 98, or Me.
• Registering my address to your e-mail address lists.

In addition, probably your machine would be infected with viruses if you use under the following condition.

• (1) Without any anti-virus software or only with very old anti-virus software.
• (2) Using "MS Outlook" or "Outlook Express" and using the function of "preview".
• Usually, attached file is opened just after receiving e-mail without checking its contents (including (2)).

The function of "preview" in "MS Outlook" or "Outlook Express" is convenient. However, it is very dangerous function in protecting your machine from viruses.

To avoid the infection of viruses, I dare say to propose that you should not use this "preview" function!
